Brenda Reyes Tax Advisory Expands Strategic Advisory Services to Help Entrepreneurs Build More Profitable, Financially Resilient Businesses

Brenda Reyes Tax Advisory announced the expansion of its strategic advisory and financial education services for entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals and business owners seeking to improve profitability, strengthen their financial systems and make more informed long-term decisions.

Led by founder and CEO Brenda-Elizabeth Reyes, the firm is expanding beyond traditional tax preparation through services that include proactive tax planning, bookkeeping, entity-structure guidance, business strategy and CFO-level advisory support.

The expansion reflects Reyes’ broader mission to help entrepreneurs understand how taxes, financial planning and business structure can work together as part of a sustainable growth strategy.

“Many entrepreneurs work extremely hard, but they are making major business decisions without the financial information or strategic guidance they need,” said Reyes. “Our goal is to help business owners understand their numbers, plan proactively and build companies that create greater stability, opportunity and freedom.”

Reyes brings more than 14 years of experience serving individuals and business owners throughout California and across the United States. Her approach combines tax knowledge with practical business education, helping clients better understand the reasoning behind financial decisions rather than treating taxes as a once-a-year obligation.

According to Reyes, one of the most common challenges facing entrepreneurs is the pressure to manage every part of a business independently. Owners may spend the majority of their time serving customers while overlooking financial systems, tax planning, leadership development and long-term strategy.

“Entrepreneurs are often experts in their profession, but that does not automatically mean they were taught how to operate a financially strong business,” Reyes said. “Education gives owners the confidence to ask better questions, evaluate opportunities and make decisions that support the future they are working to create.”

In addition to leading Brenda Reyes Tax Advisory, Reyes is the founder of Boss Ladies! She Means Business, a community and nonprofit initiative created to educate, connect and empower women entrepreneurs.

The organization is preparing to expand its networking events, leadership initiatives, community partnerships, mentorship opportunities and business-development programming. Its initiatives are designed for women navigating entrepreneurship alongside responsibilities such as motherhood, financial pressure, career transitions and periods of personal or professional rebuilding.

Reyes said the organization was created to provide women with greater access to practical education, strategic relationships and conversations that can support business and leadership growth.

“Women deserve spaces where they can learn, collaborate and build meaningful relationships without feeling that they have to navigate every challenge alone,” Reyes said. “Boss Ladies is about moving beyond inspiration and giving women practical tools they can apply to their businesses, finances and leadership.”

Reyes’ professional journey was shaped by growing up in an immigrant household and becoming a single mother at a young age. Those experiences influenced her commitment to helping entrepreneurs who may not have had early access to financial education, business mentors or established professional networks.

She is also developing her first book, which will focus on helping entrepreneurs adopt a CEO mindset, build profitable businesses and create long-term wealth through practical financial and leadership strategies.

Through the continued growth of Brenda Reyes Tax Advisory and Boss Ladies! She Means Business, Reyes plans to expand access to financial education while helping more entrepreneurs create businesses that support both their economic goals and personal values.
